Due to other commitments, I will not be taking requests for reviews until further notice.


Thank you all for the steady stream of books to review these past two years. I have enjoyed the many volumes of varied genres that you, as indie authors, have brought to my attention.

Through today, I have read over 190 books and have left over 180 reviews on Amazon and Goodreads.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND OR GIFT A BOOK TO ME UNTIL I AGREE TO READ/REVIEW IT. 

Below is the STRICT criteria to be considered (but not necessarily accepted for a review):
 
Types of books I WILL NOT read or review - Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS:

• Erotica, porn or heavy sexual content, rape, etc. (PG rating or better only!)
• Horror or graphic violence. 
• High instances of profanity.  I can only tolerate the "f" word so many times  before I quit reading.
• Business books, How-to books, cookbooks, get-rich-quick books (you get the idea).
• Very long books.  Anything over 300 or 400 pages may not get read, because, frankly I have a short attention span and like a story wrapped up in under 300 pages.

Types of books I prefer:

• Anything about pets, farm animals or rural/country life.
• Science Fiction
• Short story singles and collections
• Cozy mysteries
• Middle Grade fiction
• YA (Young Adult) Fantasy/Paranormal
• Memoirs
• Humor/Comedy
• Light romance

If I want to read/review it, I will respond to you. Then I will arrange to get  a copy of the book from you.
